A Program for Outer Impact

Welcome to the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy’s Professional Certification Track!

Thank you for your interest in our program. This program is designed to help you deepen your Enneagram knowledge and skill to more significantly help other people in your life or at work. This program is not only for coaches, therapists, teachers, and other professionals, but it is also for leaders of all kinds of teams (corporate or not), as well as people interested in better apply this system in parenting or with family and friends.

Participants who complete all the work toward this certification will be awarded a formal certificate and a downloadable CP Enneagram Academy professional stamp that represents the accomplishment of a rigorous program of in-depth Enneagram training and expert capacity to assist clients in their development using the Enneagram system of personality.

What does it include?

The program includes three four-to-six day courses that can be taken in any order:

  • Developing Powerful Enneagram Skills
  • Providing Effective Enneagram Solutions
  • Inner Work Retreat A: Enneagram 2.0

We require three Integration periods, one after each course: 

  • Skills Integration Period
    • During this period, students are introduced to their coach, a CP professional who will be there to guide them on their professional development while in the program.
    • Students complete three client reports based on guiding questions crafted by Beatrice and Uranio to put their assignments into practice.
    • Students should join CP Online if they haven’t done so already ($199 per year) in order to use CP videos and materials for their assignments and development work with their coaches.
  • Solutions Integration Period
    • During this period, students will continue to work with their coaches and complete three additional sessions ($125 per session).
    • Students will complete 8-10 case studies based on guiding questions and will have the option to work in a group of 3-4 students to complete their assignments.
  • Enneagram 2.0 Integration Period
    • Students will meet three more times with their coach prior to completing the program ($125 per session).
    • Students will complete a reflection essay applying their inner work to their professional development.

  • Who is the program for?

    The Chestnut Paes Professional Certification Program is for:

    • Therapists who want to deepen their knowledge of the Enneagram so they can enhance their skills and increase their confidence in using the system with their clients to accelerate their development.
    • Coaches who seek to use the Enneagram in the most effective and skillful ways with clients.
    • Leaders of all kinds of teams and all areas of work and life (including people interested in using the Enneagram with family, friends, or while parenting) who want to learn the Enneagram at a deeper level in order to use it with their teams and organizations.
    • HR professionals who want to deepen their understanding of the Enneagram to apply it in their work with individuals, leaders, and teams.
    • Spiritual advisors, counselors, or directors seeking to develop greater skill applying the Enneagram to support others’ development.
    • Enneagram teachers who want to increase their depth of knowledge of Enneagram theory and their ability to communicate about and apply the Enneagram with students.
  • How do I actually sign up?

    Sign up directly on this page! Click on “Sign Up Now” above and you will be prompted to pay your registration fee and accept the terms of the program. You will also be prompted to fill out a brief questionnaire so that we can pair you with the right coach for your needs. Once you pay, accept the terms, and fill out our brief questionnaire, a CP staff member will introduce you to your coach, and the two of you can take it from there.

  • When do I join the program?

    Students can join the program at any time, but most do so either prior to their first qualifying CP event or within 6 months after that event.

  • Do I learn coaching techniques or therapy methods in the program?

    The program is designed to teach professionals how to use the Enneagram in whichever field they are or to which they are transitioning. It will cover methods in using the Enneagram with clients, including typing methodology, diagnostic methodology, how to effectively communicate to a client of a given type, etc. It will not teach coaching methods or therapeutic methods, but may be influenced by these as Bea and Uranio have combined background in these areas.

  • Is there a deadline to complete the program?

    CP requests that students complete the program within two years after signing up for the program.

  • What does the program cost?

     

    The costs of the program are as follows:

    • Registration fee ($500)
    • Two workshops (each ranging from $1050-1450)
    • One retreat (pricing ranges from $1450-$1750)
    • Nine total integration period sessions with your mentor ($125 per session)
    • An annual membership to CP Online ($199 per year)

     

    The costs above do not include accommodations or travel; they do include meals for in-person events and course materials.

  • How does CP pick my coach?

    Coaches are selected based on their area of expertise, professional background, and coaching methods, and how they see that correlating with your work and goals for the program.

  • How do I stay in touch with fellow students?

    Due to our international student base, we have chosen to stay on Facebook to host our community groups. once you sign up, you will be prompted to join the CP Professional Track Student Community Group. To join, you will have to enter a passcode that we include in the student portal. We also can share your student email list upon request. We have found that once students participate in an event together, they tend to build community both through our formal channels and outside of them. This is also where students can self-organize for assignments and ask each other questions as well.
